I am a professional realtor with the Edina Realty, 50th and France Office. My wife - Wendy - and I have 3 small children. Simply put, we love the Minneapolis Southwest Lakes area and Edina.

The Minneapolis Metro area is my territory. Although my primary focus is on Minneapolis and Edina, I do a lot of business in the entire Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. My wife and I have been involved in renovating homes within the Southwest Minneapolis lakes and Edina area. After some time, and having children in quick successon, I became a professional realtor and focus only on helping my clients sell and buy homes.After determining my clients needs, my specialty is twofold for both buyers and sellers.

For sellers:

1) Helping you figure out the financial numbers in order to make your home selling process as profitable as possible, in order to give you your best return.

2) Utilizing my renovation and staging experience in order to help you optimize the beauty of your home, in order to sell it as fast as possible, for the best return possible. It is my job to market and sell your home for the best price possible, while minimizing hassle and headache to you.

For buyers:

1) Helping to explain - to all levels of buyers - the important aspects of the Minneapolis metro market, in order to help educate you so that when I show you a good selection of homes, you feel confident that you are making the right selection for you and/or your family.

2) Guiding my buyers to the right homes, in the right neighborhoods in order for my clients to purchase homes that are not only great places to live, but a good, solid investment in the process.
